People have literally been saying this for 20 years, probably before. The last US recession had zero impact on pin prices. Few that own pins are gonna be in a position that they need to sell their expensive toys to put food on the table.
Ahhhh I500, the one game I regret getting rid of. Little to no chance of finding one that nice again and it's a good player too imo. Loved the innovative shaker motor on that game.
Do you still live there? Ya, that's the worst place I've ever encountered as far as moving a pin. Close 2nd to...
Sorry for the rant, but here is my take on this, take it for what it's worth.....
I'm in no way talking about any person in particular but I personally grew tired of trying to deal with people in the hobby for a cup of coffee.
There's nothing better than being educated by someone without a...
Pinball companies don't plan their announcements like that. Every time there is a rumored pin, someone always says, "they should do it on x date because that's the x anniversary of it's release" or insert random date that seems to have some loose connection to the theme.
Reminds me of when...
I have never owned a Gotllieb DMD so I can't help you there but, it's never "just a fuse". That line is literally a joke in the community.
The fuse blowing is a symptom of a larger problem, the fuse blows to protect the electronics from some other issue.
Replacing a fuse without correcting...
What's with the close up of the New Way Sales sticker, is that supposed to be some sort of selling point?
Heavily routed and stored in a damp location, probably sell for $5000......
Your plastic shield on the back of the cell phone isn't in the same place as mine is. I've played a ton of games on mine and never had
a ball get stuck in that location.
What ever you do, avoid the Playdium in Mississauga. I was there for my daughters birthday last weekend and they have
3 pins (Kiss, IM, XM).
The pins were in absolutely pathetic shape. I'll play any pinball machine I come across, but they are basically unplayable.
I shopped the game in question probably a couple years ago. The top side of the playfield was completely torn down, new rubbers, bulbs, and made sure everything worked.
The wear on the playfield has nothing to do with whether it was shopped or not, the ad doesn't say it was restored.
If it's...
If there is two pairs of optos not working on it, I would check the corresponding opto board that is attached to the backboard.
It's been a while but I think there are two boards on the backboard somewhere and each board controls two sets of optos.
One of those boards failed on my WPT and my...
The Doc Ock is motorized on the original Spiderman, it works the exact same way on original SM and the VE.
Other than the art, the bigger magnet core and lack of a moving Green Goblin on the VE, the game is exactly the same.
I believe they are on MAACA and no price policing on the thread there (as of yet), just here.
Isn't this the same games just minus the Met?

His kijiji ads are in Quebec so I don't think he's specifically targeting Ontario and to the west.
