Selling my LAH. It is a really nice example of what I find to be a somewhat underrated pin. Works 100%. Clean, very nice example. There is wear on the right hand side in front of the scoop. I picked it up in the spring in Cranberry Twnshp Pennsylvania from a very nice seller. I paid 2800$ US...then the crazy border fees and tolls to bring it back. I have added LED's throughout the entire game.
Just looking to get back my original purchase price.
Let me know if you are interested.
Thanks
Kyle

I made a mistake guys!!! I went through my records and realized I only paid 2300$ US for the machine NOT the 2800$ I stated earlier. I am super sorry if that misled anyone!!!!! I am not a flipper by any means!!

Just curious how much it cost to bring it over the border in fees/taxes/etc? And did you claim the real $2300USD price or lower?

Asking because a lot of nice machines come up at decent prices south of the border, and I've been tempted on a few occasions to buy them.

And to keep it on topic, asking price for Escape From The Lost World? :)

I have claimed less than I've paid before....however, to try and save what amounts to a little is sometimes more of a hassle than not.
When I have bought my NIB games, I claim full price (was a bitch on MMRLE). Older games, I have the seller write me up a receipt. They will ask where you found the game (Craigslist, pinside etc) and they will check the listing. Because they are for sale by owner, there is negotiating wiggle room....but just be smart on how much wiggle there is

EFTLW I was hoping to get 1800$ Canadian for. Again, wiggle room! Lol.
If there is interest, I will post some pics of that machine too!

This is only an issue for GST/HST/PST/Whatever, right? Should be duty-free as it's made in USA. (Not saying 5-13% isn't anything to sneeze at, mind you).

Yup only tax no duty. In Ontario 13% but they convert the purchase price to Canadian before charging the 13%.

Sorry guys, I was busy renovating last night. I will get some pictures up of EFTLW tonight if I get out of work early enough!!
A package price is always good as well!
