Bought this after selling every pin I had and I love it but I now have 4 Yamaha Towny bikes, 3 restored to as new condition and one project for next winter so this one has got to go.
The bike was completely stripped, every single part was fully degreased and/or cleaned, the ones that where factory painted were repainted the same color, all metal parts were derusted and polished to a nice shine, I've added a good carburator, new spark plug, new air filter, new tires (front and back), new rubber pegs.
The body was scanned and repainted same color as original factory paint by a proffessional car body shop, many parts bought off Ebay because they were missing when I bought the bike.
This is a 2 stroke 49cc bike with oil injection, these oil pumps are renowned to be extremely reliable, this is a Noped, meaning, no pedals.
This bike is very cheap on gas, my son has a 2007 Yamaha BWS (49cc also) and his bike costs twice the gas to go at the same place when we ride together, only one thing, if you're over 190 pounds, this bike is not for you, that's the weight limit for the bike.
It runs between 50 kmh and 70 kmh depending on the slope.
The bike runs very well and is well tuned up (gas/oil mix), it has 11 000 km to it.
Everything is original except for the mirrors, if you don't like the mirrors I can add NOS mirrors I bought off Ebay to the deal.
The bike is plated and is plated as, what we call here in Quebec, Antique, so it only costs 90$ a year to plate it and not over 300$ like all other 49cc bikes that are less than 25 years old.
I don't know about Ontario or other provinces but in Quebec you only need a regular car's driver's licence to ride these small 49cc bikes.
I'm asking 1500$ or I maybe open to trade offers for a pin or another small 49cc bike.
