I can breathe then, lol

It went for $2000 plus 15% (debit) or 18% (Credit Card) buyers fee plus tax. So $2600 out the door if you paid with debit. I had my eye on it, but once it went over $1000 I backed off. It was the first time I saw pins and chexx for sale, so I was excited, but came away with nothing, really wanted AC/DC pin, but went for more than I wanted to spend on it.

I too wanted that but when I inspected it I saw playfield wear by the bumpers and a few wear lines (kinda like wrinkles) on the lower part...but i'll admit it shot great..real strong. The MET had a better playfield but weak flippers. I will keep looking for these pins as they are on my wish list. (btw I mean no offence to anyone here who won both of these pins... and I'm a bit jealous as I have to wait that much longer to own any of these :). cheers

Cactus Canyon on Pinside is like $12k U.S.

Not sure the condition of the one on the auction but roughly $9,600 seems like a decent price unless it's a Lemon
With the pending remake from CGC, will the value of an original non-CCC stay in the stratosphere?

Anyone by chance get a look at the Mustang in person?

Sorry... just a quick glance... but what I remember nothing outstanding as per wear. Did not play on it because I spent more time on the other items. The Striker (I was not interested in that either) had some real noticeable cabinet wear especially near the flipper buttons. The Wolverine figure was in tack will all blades still on... I didn't play it but was told it was not 100%.

Auctions can be exciting! Sometimes bidders get OVERLY excited and let their emotions take over, which obviously did not happen in your case, since you had a set amount in mind - and that's a good thing!

I remember going to an Empire auction in MTL and bidding on items because of the level of energy in that room! I thought at that moment that I had to get those items regardless of the cost, lol. I still have a signed STTNG framed photo I never really wanted!! Darn paddle should have stayed down! Hahaha

Anyhow, if I see a Chexx or Super Chexx somewhere at a decent price and not missing anything, I'll PM you! You actually took part in this auction, you deserve to get that game first!
