Looking for a System 11C power supply board for a Diner. Thanks

I just got a Diner with a system 11C CPU. The CPU doesn't boot when it's in the game, but does boot on my test bench. When I turn it on, I notice 2 flasher lamps that are stuck on continuously. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what this could be? Game also has a new rotten dog Power supply...
