Oh yeah, the CT app for iPhone is THE BEST. I don't even go to the store unless my phone beeped on Thursday night to let me know something was on sale. Don't read the flyers, don't browse through their website. I just search for stuff on the app, add it to my Wish List, and wait for it to go...

Naw, the best thing about Canadian Tire is their iPhone app... ... go through it and find all the stuff you want (but would never pay full price for), and add it all to your "Wish List". When it eventually goes on sale, your phone will beep to let you know that its worth going in to CT that...

If you're out closer to the west coast, Nitro Amusements (http://nitroamusements.com/) out of Mission, BC, can get everything brought in from Marcos, and they won't gouge you on shipping. I'd tried to order a pile of stuff from Marco's once, and they wanted over $100 USD for shipping. Called...

Not far enough west Grauwulf... I'm out here on Vancouver Island, and we only hit freezing for a week or two so far this year. Unseasonably warm and dry; I'm shirt almost 2 feet of avg rainfall by thus point in the season. But yes, outside if that, us westerners are shy and quiet. :o

Re: World’s Biggest Bookstore closes February, sold to devel Man... those photos bring back such good memories of younger years... Friday nights, heading downtown to hit some shops and walk the strip. Seeing those people you didn't know by name, but that you'd bump into and hang with each week...
