Gottlieb system 3 speech problem

On my Teed off, the sounds work fine, and if I turn the volume pot way up I can hear the speech very low.
I have checked voltages are fine, connectors seem fine to. Eproms are seated good.
Not sure what part/parts on the A20 board would be suspect? Or elsewhere?
Hoping someone can help with this.

Problem solved!!!!!
I replaced all electrolytic capacitors on the Aux sound board and the speech is nice and clear.
Darn 20+ year old caps.

I have a question, was the case that the upper left and right speaker was silent and that you heard the speech trough the sub speaker inside cabinet? That is my problem. If so, was it the 3 caps you changed close to the connection?
