Brand new NOS pf cleared by the legendary Bill Davies.

This has been cleared over multiple times and looks like a sheet of glass. It's stunning to look at!

    $1500.

I could definitely take some photos for you, but it's really hard to capture how amazing the clear coat looks. Probably better to come and see it if you are serious about picking it up.

Might as well get the pf. Harder to find a pf like this, than the game itself.

Perhaps....but still can't find a LOTR! lol. You know what's crazy is that in anticipation of a remake (doh), I have all of the original figures NIB, Palantir mod, lighted Gandalf mod, extra figures - Sauron, Ringwraiths, you name it, I have it ready to go! lol

Very very unlikely that a remake is coming.

I'm picking up an LOTR LE in a couple weeks if that helps your wants.

Where did you find it? I've been thinking of adding or trading for a LOTR LE...

I just got lucky to find one locally from another PR member. Picking it up the end of the month and no shipping required, for a change. I can't see me selling it for a long time.

I found one that had been sitting in someone's basement for years virtually unplayed. When I flipped the pf up, the switches looked like they're barely been in use. Even the coils looked unused. It seems tougher now to find this game in good condition because I think people realize it's one of the best games available for the money. And it's one of those games that stays a while in a collection.

Yes, LOTR is the last game that would leave my collection. The theme integration is fantastic. Good luck with the sale of your playfield.

Bill Davies is the OG clear coater... I remember talking to him over 15 years ago about restoring my Fathom playfield before CPR even existed... this thing is cool just because he cleared it! I did sell my LOTR but as good as the playfield was in it I think I would have kept it and bought this from you if I still owned one. Damien is a great seller... buy with confidence for sure.

    Thank you, sir!

Bill Davies is like the Picasso of playfields. It looks so good, I can't even imagine playing on it!
