Update got it working display trouble was a bad ribbon plug :)

Ok so I think U-24 is bad and the chip that is supposed to be in there is EF6802P but the chip that was in there was MC6821S would that chip have been a proper replacement? I need to find a EF6802p and a new seat for it can any of you tell me a place to get that from?

Minor sound issue to be fixed with a new MC6821S
