Alright people, I have started to place orders for components.

These will take some time to manufacture as I need to order new blank PCB's and wait for all of the components to arrive. If my calculations are correct I should still be able to offer these for the original quoted price, just waiting for a quote on the PCB's.

Ok guys, I found 30 blank PCB's in my parts stash that I can build up and I just happen to now have 30pcs spoken for. If anyone else would like some, they will have to hold off until the next run.

I will update this post with build progress.

Here's the batch of blanks I found... The PCB shop messed up my order, should have been 30 x 5up panel for a total of 150pcs. Unfortunately they missed the 5up panel portion of my order and only sent me 30pcs total.

And I've got almost half the parts to stuff these already... the connectors will be here in a couple days but the balance of the relays could take up to a month to arrive.

I will let you guys know if I have any extra, the issue will be blank PCB's. I'm building up everything I have available and I'll let you know what I've got. I'm waiting for the last set of parts to arrive from Hong Kong to finish assembly.

I could, but it's more than just soldering (you would have to build two small harnesses as well), and if I don't build them I cannot guarantee it works or the build quality. I'm about halfway through soldering all of the PCB's up but I'm still waiting for 2 components from HK. (they shipped a couple weeks ago)

Yeach it's been quiet because the relays I ordered from Asia still haven't arrived! The rest of the components have been installed, just waiting for relays and then I can build harnesses and test. Once that's done I can send out PayPal invoices and ship. Hopefully the relays will arrive soon, I will update the thread when they do.

Would this help to stop loud squeal I hear on my Shadow at startup?

Depending on WHEN the squeal happens, yes. This delay's the sound output from the amp on startup and disconnects it as soon as you turn it off. I could test it in my shadow and see, but I designed it to work in both DCS and Non-DCS games. Problem is, all of the units I'm building up now are spoken for so you would have to wait for the next round.

I just received the relays and I have begun assembly again. Hoping to have these done in a few weeks.

Thanks, I'd love to buy one if it works in Shadow when and if you end up making more. The squeal starts few seconds after power on.
