with the recent news of the steel tariffs that USA is imposing and the retaliations from Canada. I wonder if the price of NIB or games shipped from America will increase. How about parts orders?

I know we’re all a slave to the American dollar, but will this news significantly add to the price or a game?

Please do get political, I’m just interested in the cost to pinball.

At the end of the day I think interest rates effect sales.
Pins seem to be selling a bit slower than I like to see right now.
No use saying you have a 6K game if you can't move it.

Price can be whatever as long as you can get sales. Those require a theme and features that combine to hopefully hit and not miss.

My buddy works in a customs brokerage office, and he noticed while we were watching the news the other day. That one of the areas of counter measures by the Canadian government was the section for amusement games.

We don’t know if pinball will be affected directly yet, but it’s possible that the feds could add an extra tax on games and parts crossing the border.

It could be possible that NIB pinball machines coming from the USA after July 1st cost an extra 5-10%
