I had the same issue with mine. It really needs to be leveld up top or those will go straight down the middle. Once I did that it was working perfectly. So same thing happened to me. Shipping wise its smarter to go to player1. If they dont have it in stock then go to nitro and pay a lot more in shipping. This is what i did. ordered two machines, one through each depending on availability.
