And oh so many more, basically any late 70's early 80's Bally pin you'd want to play, same with early 80's Sterns, the best EM and Zaccaria collections I've ever seen... I haven't been to the Pinball Hall of Fame in Vegas, so not sure how it compares but VFW is the best I've ever experienced.

Pinball Medic's in Ottawa don't stock them? That would be about as close of a pick-up for you I could imagine? I had to look Portland up, you're in the middle of no where! lol.
Edit: $17.71 to ship 100 ($20 for that many) of them from Pinball Medic's sounds reasonable.
He's not too far off from pinside average, they don't come around often and there is one on pinside right now for $8K (High end average of $7.5K on pinside and only a handful sold in the last year would make a strong case for $8K being a "fair" price). After exchange, shipping and taxes on that...

I've spent a ton of time on TOM and owned a JP Pro, as much as I love TOM, I'd take the JP all day. TOM's depth or challenge if you will is limited, I've never owned it but I've reached the wizard mode and beat it numerous times. I've had my fill of it, JP on the other hand, kicked my butt for...
Nice collection of pins up for trade! Good luck finding a trading partner, I'm sure something will shake out for you and a bump for a local Waterdown pinhead!
For that price range there is a Led Zeppelin Pro on FB Marketplace. Finding recent Pro's under $9K could be a challenge. Probably limited to LZ and TMNT if that is your price range.
Since the seller thought removing his email address from his post would be helpful in some way let me put it back in for the google crawlers to pickup: karaktu@protonmail.com
Other suspicious posts by seller...
Buyer beware, a google search of that email address shows the same email address selling a number of items on marketplaces that are known spam bait... speaker stuff, guitar stuff, bike stuff. Happy to be wrong and will edit my post, but please be careful out there.
Edit: Image is from an eBay...
I can see what you're saying with games sitting at the $6K range on pinside for sure but I do think you've got add tax to the pinside price like HB said above, if there was a TMNT pro for $5,800 in Buffalo right now I could drive over and grab it without having to pay for shipping but I can't...
If you can get out the door with a new one for $10.5 you're suggesting you'd do well to get $7.5 for a used Pro? I don't recall seeing one that cheap, I thought Spike 2 Pro's regardless of title were selling for +/- $9K pretty much all day.
