Whether it makes sense or not, ask whatever you want, the market will set the price. If the price is not in line with NIB or current market value, it will sit there. The problem in most cases is that if you put a reasonable price on it, guys will come in and offer you ridiculous lowball amounts...

Seems more like some bitterness on your part. What difference does it make how much someone paid for a pin or if they said it would never leave? Shit happens in life. And if you bought something 10 years ago or even 10 days ago for $5k and current market value on it is $10k, are you supposed to...
