Don't worry too much and sorry if I am raising all kinds of concerns. Don't let a slightly less then perfect window stop you from buying such a great game. On another note, I think speedy (mike) might be selling his ACDC Premium too so you might wanna give him a quick shout too!
A lot of people also have vertical lines on their windows too like this too so don't worry you will be in good company
Ask the manufacture date because it was mainly the early ones the suffered the most and the later runs came with a better clear window.
Wipeout - $1850 - London...
I wish I could find you a picture from an ACDC as an example but you ever see older car head lights where the lens is not so clear any more and sort of hazy yellow? I've seen some that bad before and the way it is designed the only way to fix is to get a new playfield. It's not like Creech or...
Classic Arcades updated their pic because the original one had the LOVE NEVER DIES masked off and people were wondering how it would be lit when installed.
For $6800 obo that is not a bad price considering it comes with a shaker motor which is around $200+tax from SB. If someone is in the market for an ACDC this seems to be the one provided the lower playfield window isn't foggy.
Brock's old Tron barely made it through the weekend with Chambahz
Here is a more recent heavily modded Tron that sold for $6800 and keep in mind the lighted ramps here are just the one from kimspinball.com and not the one from pinbits aka Eli ramps...
I like them if I need to keep ball(s) tied up while I focus on a particular shot during multi-ball. I guess the most common use for them are building up your bonus multipliers via in lanes roll overs or sometimes certain modes require "x" number of hits to get an award so it sometimes helps to...
If it is going to be in color it will probably be an LCD screen given they are readily available and can be had for pretty cheap. I know the ColorDMD guys used LG panels for their displays back when I installed the one on my STTNG.
I think you might have to adjust your expectations a little bit especially if you are expecting the following Tron mods installed for $5800.
Fiber Optic Ramp Illumination Kit $399usd

Arcade Mod $299usd...
