Anybody have any short post with screws laying around???

I need a pair of short posts with approriate screws for my DE Simpsons. Somebody removed one and made the other a tall post. :FP:

I need the post to accept a short post rubber and a rubber ring above it.

That would be awesome. I have the rubber posts and ring, but no hardware. Ugh.
