For reference, I bought a Pro NIB in June of 2022. All-in I paid $10,033 (incl tax). This is a steal, and a truly under appreciated game. It is hard as nails and in 2 years I still could not defeat Thanos. GLWTS. Someone will take it home for Christmas for sure.

100% I know of more and more collectors doing this. Used to be easier to just sell and then shop with cash, but it's now tough to go that route.
