Game 82! Danger! Danger!
From the company that brought you colorized Popeye, Godzilla, and Jurassic Park Lost World pinball machines, comes the next best game you wish you owned! ColorDMD is excited to announce support for it's 82nd game, Lost In Space!
Lost In Space was colored by ColorDMD newcomer Brian Hawkins! Brian started collecting and restoring video games in the 90's but soon saw the light and has since shifted to pinball machines. He is a big fan of the Lost in Space series and he even likes the 1998 movie (sort of). When he was able to finally acquire the very rare Sega Lost in Space pinball machine he decided the colorful game deserved an equally colorful DMD display.
If you are in the New England area you may have seen his pimped out Lost in Space machine at the Pintastic, Saratoga, or York pinball shows earlier this year. This was Brian's first colorization effort and he's looking forward to doing another one soon!
The ColorDMD for Lost In Space pinball machines shares the same easy-to-install hardware platform as previous ColorDMD releases. All displays ship with the factory installed SIGMA ROM that supports WPC, WPC95, SAM, Whitestar, and SPIKE platforms. Multicolor operation is enabled through download and installation of a game-specific color ROM file, available from our site. ROMs can be changed at any time, allowing use with any of our supported titles.
Displays are shipping now from our store site and through our distributors. The color ROM for Lost In Space pinball machines is targeted for release by Friday, December 7! [Wow that's soon!] For more information, please visit us at www.colordmd.com.
