I was thinking about that the other day when I was watching a RiffTrax version of Star Wars.
If you watch Back to the Future II, old Star Trek, and various other older sci-fi, you'll find lots of tech that wiggled its way into the tech we use now. I couldn't find one thing from Star Wars though.
