Has anyone tried PPG Starphire glass ?

Hi, I am wondering if anyone has tried the PPG Starphire glass for there pin. I heard it is a low glare, low iron glass that can be tempered. I am about to give this a try but was looking to see if anyone has already been down this road. Thanks

Hmmm. This glass is super low reflection and no glare.

I going to get some and try it. It should be under $200 CAD tempered.

Yes exactly. Just have to get it tempered. It would be way better and cheaper then this coated glass some guys are buying. I have placed an order for a few test pieces and if it works out i will make a bulk order and let you guys know.

How much a pane are you getting it for?

I made a couple of calls to people i know in the industry. It looks like the other stuff may end up cheaper. By the time you ad in the shipping, exchange rate and import charges it will be about $300 each maybe more depending on order size. Most places wanted 50 piece min order
