Looking for the upgrade transistor IRL540 for the newer stern games.
Sayal only has IRL530.
Anyone know where to buy these locally in GTA ?

Yep. Digikey has bailed me out a few times now. They have everything. You just have to be patient while you search. They even had the exact caps for the service buttons on my F-14
