I have been searching for one for 2.5 years. Only one I could find was in Europe for around $6000 Cdn.

Stern did a rerun of the Aces High topper, but not the mummy topper.

Not that I know of. I ended up getting the Tilt Topper and then the Stern Aces topper. While the mummy topper does look better on the Premium machine, (which I have), the Aces topper still looks (surprisingly) great.
