LOTR Palantir Target....

Hi.
I just broke my aforementioned LOTR Palantir target. Does anyone know where I can get these in Canada? I would love to avoid the astronomical shipping charges that shopping stateside brings! (I'm hoping to find the flaming eye decal as well)
If you don't know where, would you know what target I am looking for?
