Quebec City? Will I be answered in french?
Absolument!

I would really like to know what the advantage is for buyers purchasing Stern titles in Ontario from Nitro East?
If Nitro East’s shipping to Toronto is $200, why is this better for local Toronto buyers from P1?
Never had any concerns with P1 so what is the reason to change distributors?
(As answered in another thread)

Hey Jeff,

I think the main difference between Nitro and P1 is the philosophy of the company. At Nitro, we are a company of pinheads for the pinheads! We do not rent caroussels in funfair or manage restaurants and bars. We are specialized in pinball, that's what we love and that's what we do!

On top of that, we are very competitive on prices and as you'll see in the next few months, we'll come up with new pinball related products, promotions and contests. In the last year alone, I contributed to the birth of the first pinball expo in the province of Quebec, I started a pinball league, I launched a new pinball media (Pinball Club) available on Facebook, Youtube and Twitch where we present live streams and where we discuss with the pinball community, all that while I was working on starting my company and building a partnership with Tommy!

For the next year, I want to help our community to grow by being involved in leagues accross Eastern Canada and help organizing events in different provinces.

Nitro for me is not just selling a machine, it is offering an experience and making it accessible to the more people as possible. At the end of the day, if someone is looking for a price, then let's compare both offers and make a choice! If someone's a true pinhead and he wants more than just having a machine in his basement, I think he will end up at Nitro Pinball pretty quickly!

I usually would welcome more distributors to the area, but if the price is fixed by Stern than it wont make any difference on the current prices. The only thing that would change that is lack of sales. Now does more distributors equal more pins available to the area, probably not. I personally like to play a new pin before I buy it and will not be traveling to Quebec to do so.
Hey Pin-balls,

See my previous answer above. I really think Nitro Pinball means more that just a price!

Phil,

I am said to be on a wait list for CGC's next Medieval Madness production with P1, but one can ever seem to guarantee these things. I will be buying if they become available so please pencil me in as a potential sale. I will be a day one purchase to whomever can secure a spot for me.

Thank you. I am looking forward to seeing what you and the Nitro Team can offer. The business is yours to win or lose. Jerry from P1 was very good but I don't know who has taken over the sales in our region and their parts and service department completley misses the boat. They seem to have zero interest in selling parts/service. This business is yours for the taking.

Exactly. Price is fixed & set by Stern. I see less of an advantage here for local Toronto buyers. In fact, it could be a slight disadvantage since $200 may not include set up, removal of packaging, etc.
P1 had been great at both in home delivery & set up for less then $200. Plus I have my pins inspected to ensure no damage via the delivery process from Stern.
If player one was offering delivery and setup for less than $200, that was never going to to last. Enjoy it while you can!

I could get free shipping to London, from P1, as their London service location is here. That was helpful for me! The shipping costs from Nitro has been $500, and that might have been USD. I'd have to check but I went that route as P1 didn't sell for those manufacturers. Hopefully that changes now.
