Operator/Routing a Pin, whats the typical split or payout?

I'm thinking about putting one of my pins into a friends store front and was wondering what the typical split is on dividing up the cash these days. I used to believe it was 50%, however I was told by a local operator that is no longer the case now.

Does anybody know a typical split on the cash between the store owner and the pinball owner when operating a pin on location?
