Pinball for Change Newmarket March 4

Saturday March 4th at Luch's place in Newmarket.

Tournament starts at 5 pm sharp. Cost is a $25 donation to We. We just recently passed our goal of raising $10000 to build a classroom in Rural Ecuador, and have therefore set a new goal - pay for a teacher for that classroom.

You get a guaranteed 4.5+ hours of pinball on an awesome collection of 30 machines, plus snacks, pizza, drinks and knowing you're making a flipping difference in the world.

Many thanks to all who attended. 44 players played 15 rounds of head to head matchplay, followed by a 22 player bracket based playoff.

Special thanks go to Mike Luciani, who opened up his home and amazing 33 pin collection, and also provided drinks, snacks and pizza for all. Your generosity on behalf of our charitable efforts is much appreciated!

Our new total is $11,112 which is well on our way to our new $15,000 goal to pay for a teacher for the classroom we recently finished raising enough money for.

On a side note, these tournaments couldn't happen without our hosts. If you have any interest in hosting an event, please drop me a line. You don't have to have a tremendously large collection as we are able to cap tournament participation if in a smaller venue, like my basement.

Looking for event hosts in May, June, and maybe even into the summer if you have good air conditioning.
