I am going to look at two pinball machines to possibly buy this weekend. It's something you may do regularly but it's my first time since deciding I wanted to have a machine or three in my home. Luckily I have a local expert coming along to keep me from doing something foolish.
The two machines couldn't be any more different. Frontier (1980) & Airborne (1996).
After talking with the owner of Frontier I found out it originally came from my dad's company all those years ago. I remember the game and I am certain at some point I worked on it or delivered it to one of our locations back in the good old days.
I think it would be a great game to get back into pinball again.
This Airborne on the other hand has only ever been in-home. It's a rare game that I will have to pay a lot more for. I kind of like the idea of just picking up a game that's ready to enjoy.
