What's wrong with the original? That's a pretty simple PCB and could be rebuilt without too much trouble. (as long as the parts are available)

It is simple but most of the traces are burnt off of it, Someone butchered it and put thick solder in placed of the original traces and it cooked the board.

That's still repairable. I don't think I've ever seen a replacement home model board listed FS anywhere in the 16 years I've been collecting, so you might have quite the challenge finding one.

There's one on ebay but the guy wont sell it to me for some reason, He is in New York area somewhere.

Gotta love Ebay sellers... They usually won't sell to Canada because of all the extra trouble (read customs forms) they have to go through.
