Looking for a Revenge From Mars populated playfield to swap in and out of my SWE1.

I'm so very sorry to say this Richard , but, you won't find a RFM playfield to swap in your SWEP1 because Williams never made conversion kits for RFM.
The only way to have 2 playfields for one machine (cabinet) is to buy a RFM complete machine to go with a SWEP1 kit like this one:

Yes, I am aware it is more rare. But if you google it, some have sold before on pinside. Maybe a needle in a haystack tho!

I think it's a needle......as well, I only ever saw one for sale in 20 years of collecting and I always thought it was a torn apart RFM.

...Also, keep in mnid that you'll also need the ROM's , daughter board and prism card for an easy swap, otherwise you'll have to flash your game each time you swap playfields and to do that you will need an old lap top with the proper connections and Windows XP or older, it's a pain in the .......to do it the hard way.

Yep. I found it to be a MAJOR pain in the ass to set up as I know nothing about Linux. However once up and running it was awesome especially with playfield swaps. Didn’t have to do anything. The software knows which pf is in on startup.

Kept the original CRT too. Had an ArcadeVGA card for the computer and video amp. Unfortunately ArcadeVGAs are no longer made.
