This means game should be mechanically complete but not necessarily working.
Playing field can be totally worn, cabinet can be serious scratched and faded (but not rotten or water damages) and backglass can be flaking, cracked or even missing. Legs and glass optional.
If you have such a machine sitting around let me know some basics on condition, what you want for it, and general area where you are located.
