Ya that doesn't look to good. Did they say what happened to it ?

They speculate that it was transported on its legs, and left to sit with snow on it for a while before being moved inside. They really don't know.

is it for sale ? if price is right , that panel is replaceable with new plywood

Depends on what they wanted for it. What were they pricing it at?

If the rest of the Cabinet is ok, that back panel is not big deal.
