Vid card output ID needed

I'm having a heck of a time ID'ing a plug on a video card. There's no model number printed on this card (other than it's an ATI Radeon), so I'd have to install it to figure out what manual to D/L.
I figure someone here should know:

A= DVI
B= HDMI
C= ???

Thanks guys!
I've been trying to get my new 33" monitor to work as my secondary screen using one of the several old-ish ATI cards I had lying around.
I've basically gotten it to work, but because I'm temporarily using a DMI-to-VGA output, I have a bit of ghosting. Hopefully it's just because I am using an old crappy VGA cable. Once I get an HDMI output to work (or that 'display port', what ever that is) it should look even better.

Another option, if the graphics card is pooched you could get a usb-hdmi converter for the extra monitor. I tried one on my virtual machine to run the 3rd monitor but I noticed performance issues with the vp software, so didn't end up useing it.
