Wanted: 1982 - Bally coin door hinge and frame

Game came without the coin door. (Mr & Mrs Pac-man)
Found a coin door, but still need the hinge and the frame/trim pieces that screw into the cabinet.
Any help appreciated.

it's not welded to the door I have. Has a line of holes for screws, I guess.
