Located in Georgetown, he can pick up.
It will be his first, his basement decor is sports (hockey, soccer)
not interested in EM,s

I have a friend with a Data East Simpsons for $3,000 if interested. $3k is a bad price point, most decent games start around $4k range. Demo man listed would be good deal at $4k.

It is a better deal for $2200 which I am sure the seller will take at this moment but if your friend can wait perhaps he can get it for even less
