That price doesn't actually sound too bad, given the prices the HUO or even nice ones have been fetching.
Of course, you would take a nasty hit at the border plus the cost of transport.
Also depends on when it was manufactured and what condition it is actually in. I don't imagine that all NIB are created equal.
Personally, I would look for an HUO that has all of the bugs ironed out, maybe a small mod or two and save a couple o' thou.
