I was listening to one of Clays pinball podcasts and someone (cant remember who) mentioned these door handles where available a certain hardware store chain in the United States. Sorry, I know it's limited info but I hope it helps. GL.

I believe it was Episode 57 of Topcast...Clay interviews TFTC designer John Borg. If they got these handles from a big box store in the 90s as Borg claims, you may be able to find something that is close and retrofit it...depending how handy you are
