MUCH bigger than this past June...this year was 2500 sq'....

Next year's venue is 11,500 sq' !! With a large overhead garage door so game bringers and vendors can drive right in to their spot to unload/load etc! No more dollying games from outside!

I am still pondering bringing my Heavy Metal (if just to remove some stigma).
Will there be staff on hand to help me unload/set up if I come solo?

Just hard to commit fully this far from the date.

That would be awesome if you can bring that game!

And yes, there will be lots of help available...both on Friday, May 31st from noon till 9pm (set up day)...and on Saturday, June 1st morning from 8am till 9am for set up/unloading...

Yes one day on Saturday, June 1st this year!

The venue is also open Friday, May 31st for set up for vendors or game bringers...and open again on Sunday, June 2nd for breakdown day if required by anyone...

Hope you can make it out!

i will surely go see you guys and make it a road trip week-end to wasaga beach............to bad it's not on 2 days tough

Having it for 2 days is certainly our goal at some point...only our 2nd year in 2024...but maybe next year we can do the whole weekend!

I looked ahead on my schedule. I will be on days that week.
I will commit to bring my HM
I doubt it will be for sale.
It's certainly in my best interest to support a home grown show.
Rare pins certainly help.
Debating the hotel.
Is there a pre show spot people hit the night before?

Use the code COAP at the Saga Resort in Wasaga Beach if you decide to book there!

Not sure where the gathering spot will be for Friday evening...we'll be busy at the venue until late...Boston Pizza in the beach has a decent bar area and is a minute from the hotel...
