High speed flasher boards help / question

The flashers left and right and two upper playfield have not worked since I picked up the pin.
I tested with a auto tester today the left side the flasher board in the picture is getting voltage the right side seems that it is not getting any did not test uppers yet.

On the left flasher board in the attached picture there seems to be only one resistor and a diode slipped in to the other side. It seems to me on the reading I have done on trouble shooting this board should have two of those big resistors on it is this correct?

I'm not really sure but I think you need only 1 big resistor and 2 diodes.

Seems on the picture, 1 diode is cut out.
