WOW, I think this is a decent price for a GnR. I could be wrong though?

Looks like a "fair" price for a GNR. From the blurry pics there looks to be some AXL hole wear which is typical on this game and can be covered up with a Cliffy. There is some flipper button wear on the cab and the rose shooter rod might be pissing and replaced with a standard black one. I would ask for more pics but I don't see the typical AXL hole kick out wear directly in front of it like this:

Ryan that is not a pic of the actual game for sale but i would ask for better pics right in front of the Axl hole kick out if I was going to buy the machine.

Picked up the GNR. Minor wear in the centre of the playfield below Axl, but not down to the wood. Needs a cliffy for the actual hole as well. The left ramp is cracked but functioning, might replace it. He knocked the price down a bit considering.

Got my first pin a month ago and they are already multiplying! :D

You move quick, still working on trying to get my first pin. It seems that when a fair deal comes around either you pick up and go the second you see it posted or miss out. Didn't even get the chance to get his address lol

Enjoy!

Congratulations! I was tempted to trade him my WPT that I just got as this is one of the themes that I have been considering. I just got back my IJ from having a complete shop job so its like getting a new machine. Let me know if you are ever getting rid of it.

If it's of any consolation to those who missed out, I am enjoying the shit out of it so far! Top 5 theme for me without a doubt.

Do you guys keep cash in the house for such times? For example the GnR that came up was 4K during the weekend. Interac only lets you withdraw 1K (at least RBC). Unless I make two trips (1 to check out and drop off deposit, 2nd to pick up).

How do you pay cash for a pin during the weekend ? eInterac/Paypal?

Depending on your bank, you can call them and ask them to increase the withdrawal amount, they will increase it for an hour or two so you can make a larger withdrawal.

Depending on the seller, an EMT (eInterac) is the best. No fees and almost instant within Canada.
My bank allows a $3K max per day. Most sellers would be happy to accept a two-part payment.

I usually roll with a few grand in my wallet. Plus I keep at least 10K in my safe at home. Most of the time I'll have around 5K in my glove box in both my cars too. PLus another 2K in the center arm rest. ;)

Could I borrow the car for a half hour? I just need to run and pick something up.
