Is there some trick to doing this?? I tried to update my Hulk LE and it gets to the insert USB Key part and when I plug in the USB nothing happens. I tried two different USB keys same result.

Did you flip the DIP switch that it asks you for? Does it just not let you choose a file off the key? Also, what format did you use-I believe that it needs to be FAT32.

You should first format the drive to FAT32 and then download the zip. Make sure to unzip the file and transfer the contents to the USB.
You should hear an obvious noise when the drive is inserted. If not, just wait for a few seconds for the game to discover it.
