I also cut Rogers cable and have no use for this HD TV box. It may work with other providers but I used it with Rogers. Bought new and barely used because this box was setup for the TV in our kitchen.

This is not a PVR box but will enable HD TV viewing just fine. Perfect for a second TV in your home.
