TP8 on my Jack Bot (WPC-S)

TP8 gives me anywhere from 14-15v to 16-17v mostly on the low side avg is about 15v...

All my G.I. and switches work (game is working perfectly) but is this something to worry about?

That is completely normal for TP8. You're measuring an unregulated voltage so it will fluctuate based on load and source voltage.
