Hi Dan,
Thank you for the offer and the others that I received in PM from other pinheads.
I understand that the game is rare in Canada and the price is high (compared to the United States).
Unfortunately, that's too high for what I'd want to spend on a spooky pin.
I'm going to move on to...
He only lost 12%, less than that if you add cc cashback, for the privilege of opening the box and playing the game...seems fair to me, quite a low sum for an item of this price considering market availability.
With today's price and interest rate, you have to sell something to fund something else, pinball-related or not.
The days of buying all LEs and selling them without financial loss are over.
The game is good, maybe too easy in a small collection, but still costs a lot of money for an "average"...
Hi Chris,
DP has recently produced a new playfield to overcome pooling issues (remove artwork under post).
You might consider buying new to get the new playfield.
Also, take a look at the lit apron, it's worth the price!
There's a very good deal for a JP (12.5k with shaker) near Québec:

I know.....the price of an LE is now close to a NIB James Bound LE.
With the price of a prem NIB (14500), I'm not surprised to see old LEs selling for 17k.
JPLE is worth a minimum value of 18k-20K CAN..
