Unfortunately, this is happening all over... These locations didn't adapt to the modern age. There is a similar instance with a bowling alley, bar and a 3rd establishment close to Bluffs. I went and looked at everything and it is ancient and decaying. Bowling guy bought parts. I'm on the fence.
