Sylvain is 100% correct and I agree with him. However, as a business owner, I realize my responses above (and my responsibilities) to employees, suppliers and clients make me "rethink certain scenarios" that otherwise were and should be "simple"; but in actuality are quite complex.

Brock is correct here. What most "reps" will say is to please keep quiet about mistakes. We all make them. I would not want this "mistake to cost someone their job".

My largest conern as someone who purchases large amounts of goods weekly is exactly on point with Drano here.

This is a "very" tough scenario.
