are they polarized? cheaper 555 leds have to be inserted in only one position. Also check your switched illumination output voltage and see if its higher than 6.3 volts.

No the boards are only for classic bally stern . I think the new stern boards can only be purchased through a stern distributor. Also i have not raised prices even though our lower dollar has increased cost.
