Update: Being the noob I am, I found pulling the switch out is normal on position and in is safety. I now have a blank whitish screen. This is my first arcade video game so I am having a head-scratching good time.

This DH went on Nova Scotia Kijiji, I jumped on it fast, and arranged seller to deliver from Dartmouth Nova Scotia. I never played this before so it should prove interesting. The gun is a neat feature.
