Dr@No's fun filled (and often long-winded) restorations

Most excellent work as usual Drano. That is Simon's happy look! I will still likely commission Drano to do my JO in 20-25 years when he retires. If he dares...

    SOLD Stern Orbitor 1

Re: SOLD PENDING Stern Orbitor 1 That is a great history. Thanks Dan for filling in all the blanks. Very neat. There certainly was constant coaxing from Mike Wong to both Walt and I to "sell it, sell it" though! "No ramps, No DMD, No thanks" is Wong's motto of course. The game has great charm...

    SOLD Stern Orbitor 1

Re: SOLD PENDING Stern Orbitor 1 This pin has had a helluva history of ownership. We all agree she is a beauty. Bally Boy > ALJO > Sparky > Brewmanager > WARLOCK > JTE > (new owner?) As Dan says, that is pinball baby! All the best to the new owner.

Pinball - Behind The Scenes - The Offline World

Lots going on behind the scenes today. I can't tell all the other stories myself, (not mine to tell) but this story I can. A very nice Xenon that I obtained in NY state (a while back) goes to a good friend up in Peterborough today. Walt (Brewmanager) is taking care of the transport and bringing...

    SOLD Tron LE Playfield

Re: Tron LE Playfield I believe that Adriano and Brock are indicating that with an LE playfield, you could consider upgrading your pro... Might be tricky and time consuming, but you have the most important, most expensive component in your hands to do so.

Pinball - Behind The Scenes - The Offline World

Dammit! Of course... Thanks bro! That should be in my tag line since I can generally blame you for 1 of every 2 machines that come my way. And if EJ is playing, anything that can distract Walt currently in our competition is a welcome option...

    Building a Dream

We can help you (temporarily) fill that building with pins once completed. Then, you don't have to buy anything at all, just worry about constructing it. Hopefully, you can then host the world if and when it is possible in 2016 or 2017.

    Brewmanager vs. WARLOCK

Walt and I played Metallica and BSD last night. Neither of us has played either game very much. Walter thumped me on Metallica. I took BSD quite handily. Score is now 19-13. For Brewmanager. We had intended to play my C-37 and Jack's Open last night as well, but we will do that another day...

    Brewmanager vs. WARLOCK

So, we lost a few posts here when the server went down. Long story short, after the Ottawa Pinball show, Walt was leading by 6 games. This is mostly due to a good run he had @ Williams Fan's house where he won 5 of 6 games. I had led every game after 2 balls on each of those 6 machines...Ball 3...

Pinball - Behind The Scenes - The Offline World

A couple of big thank you's to go out today to a couple of pbrev members. I picked up my 3rd Johnny Mnemonic last night, and this one will be staying for a while. Thank you very much to the member who sold her to me, she will be well taken care of. Thank you for your fine hospitality. I met 2...

FT Interest check - Multiple machines for one

Re: FT/Interest check - Multiple machines Phil, Nice selection of pins for sure. Some interesting machines there. I am sure you will have interest as Drano has said, and approx. values would be great. Even if you don't wish to post a $ value online per machine, perhaps PM those interested like...

Pinball - Behind The Scenes - The Offline World

Congrats on the basement shuffle Wong. Drano has several garage changes. Barry has basement changes. Brewmanager shuffled all. I am exhausted. More another day. Cheers.

Pinball - Behind The Scenes - The Offline World

Oh, and many of us are moving pins around like crazy lately. Wongneau has 2 incoming. Wong has 1 outgoing. Reg has 1 incoming. Drano and I are both, well, lots on the go. Brewmanager and Menace were both busy. Barry is moving stuff around and is likely the "Hero" of the last 2 weeks. Barry...
