    Tim's STTNG thread

I actually bought it from my Boss, Tom. He wants to buy a new game, and this was the only game out of his collection that he was willing to part with. (I've been trying to get him to let go of his RoboCop for years now, but with no luck. Some day!) I think the AUX mod was done, but I will take...

    Tim's STTNG thread

chapter one: OFF WITH HER HEAD! Here is the game, before it was torn down: It had been at least a year since the last time it was (attempted to be) powered up, and possibly a lot longer since it was actually played. It had been affected by power issues for quite sometime. In the beginning, it...

    Tim's STTNG thread

It's been quite a while since my last thread, so I figure my latest game deserves one. Star Trek: The Next Generation, by Williams. While the game is in fantastic condition, it does have some issues. The biggest problems seem to about the 5v and 12v power. As in a complete lack of it. From what...

    Holy Pinball BATMAN!!!

We've seen what you've done in the past, Drano, so we all have very high expectations for this... no pressure, though!

    robocop plastics * remake?

I found the zip file. I'm uploading it now. I've already done the artwork for one of the commonly busted pieces. I've uploaded a PDF. I'm 99.999% sure it's already the right size, but maybe do a test print before you waste a sheet of decal stock. :) (**EDIT** the file is titled RGB, but I've...

    FS Gottlieb Dragon

$1,200. I'm selling my Gottlieb Dragon. This is the Dragon I brought to last year's Canadian Pinball Championships, used in the 'classics' division. This is a very nice example, and it plays very well. I've installed a RottenDog Power Supply board. The other boards are very clean, too. No acid...

    High Scores

Soon. I might hold out until the start of the next season. Although I might try to make it out tomorrow.

    High Scores

I put up a GC on the T2 at THE GREAT ESCAPE comic book store in London. Won myself a cool $25 store credit for the feat, too.

    Building a Dream

Looking good, buddy! I feel good knowing that last time I was there, I carved my name into one of the trusses as I left. From now on, whenever the wind blows through the building, it will forever whisper TIM.

    New Toy

Yup, just wipe your iron on it. It'll clean the solder off of the tip. The (wet) sponge is another way to clean the tip. I have both types on hand. From what I understand, the steel mesh stuff can scrape the coating off of your iron's tip. However, I've also heard a wet sponge can be bad too...

    New Toy

Not a gun, a 60W pencil-type iron. (and now that I check, not a Weller... a Hobbico brand iron I bought for $9) My station is a Track Power TK950:
