    5 Awesome NES Facts!

Cool facts. I loved my NES. Getting mine when I was 10 years old was a defining moment in my childhood! I still play a handful of my favorite games, albeit with an emulator instead.

    Game Request

I know neither of my games are very high on your list, but I'd love any insight to either R911 or Jokerz. (maybe more so for the latter) EDIT: although I realize there may only be a paragraphs worth of info in either of those games.

    Tim's JOKERZ! thread

Thanks for the offers guys! I think I may have listed the wrong flap. The one that's in my manual is for the bottom of the ramps... they're wider than the top ones. Maybe the upper flaps came on the ramps? Drano, I'm in Mississauga. (10 minutes from 401 & Mississauga Road) I go to Adam's fairly...

Has anyone rigged something up to keep a playfield vertical?

Re: Has anyone rigged something up to keep a playfield verti Yup, spring clamps for me too. I usually use one, but sometimes I'll use two.

Yow, that's a lot bigger/more expensive of a machine that I thought it'd be. I'd probably be better just bringing the ramps and flaps over to rivet at your place when you get it back.

    Tim's JOKERZ! thread

That's actually the part number they give in my manual. I'm still probably better off making my own. I brought some thin aluminum and copper sheets home when I bought the machine, I'll see how well that works out for me. Failing that, I'll buy some of the metal you posted above. I might have to...

    Tim's JOKERZ! thread

I think I've found them... I just need to find something from this continent. http://www.pinball.co/Products/2312-01-8795.aspx I just don't know if they're the same on the top and bottom of the ramp.

    Tim's JOKERZ! thread

The last step in my upper middle playfield is to come up with the little metal transitions that bridge the gap between the ramps and UMP. (they didn't come with the machine) I've tried to find them in the manual, but no luck. I can't even seem to find any reference to them online. Are these...

Here's my home brew gate assembly. Like my ex-girlfriend, she may not be pretty but she knows handle the balls. I made it out of a piece of flat brass and music wire. I used a vice, pliers, drill press, and dremel. I called Starburst, but apparently all they have are the wire part of the gate...

SS Pinball Machine - What is your favourite?

I really like Flight 2000. I think it has mostly to do with the sounds.

It does indeed taste the same as other Chinese beers I've had. I'm not a big Heineken drinker, so I can't make the comparison. Maybe that's just an excuse to drink that tomorrow night. ;) Here's the mostly assembled UMP: The original decal actually looks fantastic. I may not need to reproduce...

Just about to dig into Jokerz, so I picked up a sixer of these: It's got Buddha on the bottles, so it must taste fantastic.
